We’re beyond proud to announce that two of our brilliant technicians, Sam Hollins and Jamie Collins, have secured the first and second positions in the prestigious Jaguar Land Rover Technician of the Year Awards. Over an intensive two day process, competing against eighteen other nominees, Sam and Jamie emerged victorious, showcasing not only their technical prowess but also a remarkable dedication to their craft.
With a combined fifteen years of service at Taylor’s, these automotive maestros have become synonymous with excellence. Jamie, affectionately known as Boris, began his journey with Taylor’s straight out of school at the age of sixteen and has since earned his Level 3 Technician qualification. Meanwhile, Sam, a Level 4 Master Technician with seven years under his belt at the service centre symbolises the pinnacle of skill and expertise.
Their success isn’t just a personal triumph but a testament to Taylor’s commitment to raising the bar in automotive care. Dean Nash, General Manager, expressed immense pride in their achievements. “This is a fantastic achievement and great recognition for all their hard work, demonstrating Taylor’s own commitment to our standards,” he stated.
